EVALUATE​
This process helps the ministry to identify areas of growth through data collection, interviews, and surveys. Together, we will identify the areas of growth and discuss possible resolutions.
EDUCATE
Understanding how to serve efficiently is paramount. Therefore, once an assessment has been completed we will endeavor to provide the education needed to adequately strengthen the areas of growth. Through ministry meetings, building relationships and education we will embark upon a journey to "Foster a more excellent way".
EMPOWER
Once the issue has been identified, Elder Peterson works strategically with your team to ensure that they are empowered to move forward. This is done by periodic performance assessments and continuous improvement efforts.
